These thermocouple vacuum gauges and controllers are a simple and low cost instrument for vacuum measurement in the 1 to 1000 and 1 to 2000 mTorr range. Indicators and controllers operate with any line voltage from 90 to 240V at 50 or 60 Hz, and can be used with VRL-6 or Hastings DV-6 gauge tubes. A 0 to 5 VDC analog output is standard on both the indicator and dual set point controller. The thermocouple gauge tubes sensors are tested to 1200 PSIG for operation up to 300 PSIG without damage. All tube sensors feature 300 stainless steel bodies with heavy plated metal key and connector pins. Process connections are 1/8” NPT(M), NW 16, and 1/2” O.D. smooth flange. For other connections, contact a Cole Parmer applications specialist. Choose from an indicator only or a dual set point controller. Controller has two adjustable set points with SPDT relay contacts rated at 3 Amps up to 220 VAC non-inductive. To read multiple vacuum points, 3 and 5 position thermocouple gauge selector switches are available. Switches come with 10-ft cables and connectors for respective number of points to read. Controllers have 1/4-DIN enclosure with panel-mounting jack screws.
